The third intervention context contains all the actions directed at promoting the Balôn. The area has to recover during the week its function as a place of entertainment and leisure, attracting new sections of the population and starting a process which favours the opening of food and drinks businesses as well as those related to recreation and culture: concerts, artistic and educational events spread out over the course of the year to contribute to creating this image.
