A window "InformAmbiente&Energia" (Information on Environment and Energy) is open for all Turin citizens at The Gate Project office. It offers information and consulting on energy saving, urban sustainability, pollution and differentiated trash. On Monday and Friday from 10a.m. to 1 p.m.

After District Energy, and the World Environment Day, which have seen Porta Palazzo at the centre of innovative environment themes, the area is again a place or experimentation for sustainability policies at the direct service of the citizen.
At the window, Turin people can find qualified operators answering to questions about general environmental themes and particular problems on energy saving.
