WHAT IT'S ABOUT
This
involves an intervention which focuses on restoration, conservation
refurbishing and functional recovery work on the buildings owned by
the Ordine Mauriziano in the S. Croce block.
The executive project involves architectonic recovery and functional
improvement work on apartments distributed over four functional levels
and on other building units in the attics for residential use whose
utilisation is also related to new access solutions (with stairs and
lifts) and interior comfort, as a result of new openings and dormer
windows, which involve modifications to the existing structure.
The tender, which provides for investments for the total refunctionalisation
and restoration of the buildings (almost totally owned by the Ordine
Mauriziano, with the exception of a part of the building containing
a branch office owned by the Turin Cassa di Risparmio) also includes:
- Work in relation to the common parts
- Restructuring of the components for commercial purposes
- Restructuring part of the piano nobile ( 3rd f.t.) for office
use
- Creation of a new underground volume which integrates the museum
structure of the Crypt of the Basilica Mauriziana
