In this project whose transnational co-ordinator is Positive Action Training Consortium - Sheffield, the City of Turin and The Gate are partners together with other 5 EU representatives: three NGOs from The Hague, Rotterdam and Berlin, Southwark Municipality and Province of Modena. The project, cofinanced by the European Commission is a preparatory measure for combating and preventing social exclusion by the analysis of the use of the cultural tools developed by many European cities. Special attention is paid to the intercultural and integration iniziatives involving ethnic minorities. The project, which ended in June 2002 allowed a comparative analysis of the different cultural strategies of the partner cities.
