The PISU (Integrated Urban Development Project) program in Barriera di Milano district is the result of a two year’s planning stage. 25 City Departments have been involved during the two main planning steps: the area survey and the development of the project management plan, including a detailed schedule for every activity. City’s referents are put in charge of every single activity of PISU plan, and they are concerned with the achievement, procedures, deadlines according to the regulations of the Management Authority for European programs POR FESR; they are coordinated and supervised by the Urban Committee. Management, coordination and administration are coordinated by City’s Department Economic Development and Structural Funds, which also performs supervision and analysis of business solvency.
