Shenyang, which has long enjoyed the reputation of “origin of one dynasty and capital of two emperors”, is the centre of economy, culture, technology, innovation, transportation, logistics, trade and convention in Northeast China with an area of 13,000 km2 and a population of 8.29 million people.
2020 marks the 35th anniversary of the formal establishment of sister city relationship between Shenyang and Torino. The past 35 years have been witnessing cooperation in trade, culture, education, science and sport between the two cities.
To celebrate this historical moment, Shenyang and Torino hold this online photo exhibition on city landscape, architecture, heritage and food in the hope to enhance better understanding and friendship between the people of both cities.
