Description: the goal of the project is to develop a virtual reality platform linked to a data collection system from the Alcotra territory and a bidirectional communication system with the population, in order to improve the effectivness of risk prevention and emergency management at cross-border level as well as the training and education of civil protection operators in Italy and France.
