Description: Aim of the project is to develop light electric vehicles (EL-Vs) in order to test new electromobility services (eMaaS-electro-Mobility-as-a-Service). The test is done in different-sized cities to better understand the different consumer needs and the best ways to promote electric mobility in different contexts. The City of Torino, together with the Politecnico di Torino, will develop a new shared mobility system which will be integrated into the BIP Card (Integrated Ticket of the Piemonte Region) in order to enable Politecnico workers to move through the different campuses and within the city using the electric vehicles developed by JAC Italy Design Center, partner of the project.
