Description: Goal of the project is to improve understanding of hate crimes motivated by racism and xenophobia. The activities will include the exchange of good practices with study visits, the development of training materials and methodologies, joint training of local and state police officials as well as public prosecutors in order to improve their abilities to properly recognize, record, investigate and prosecute bias-motivated crimes.
