Description: the project 100% Youth City is a multifactorial project which has three different souls: it's a technical project, that intends to realise a benchmarking tool for cities in a youth perspective; it's a process of analysis and improvement of the practices related to youth by the partner cities (the future ambition being to extend it to other European cities); it's a promotional tool for the partner cities, that thanks to such an instrument can give visibility to their youth policies.
