Title: TRAVELCARE II: TRAVELING TO COMPARE EUROPEAN HEALTH & SOCIAL CARE SYSTEMS

Description: the project intended to create a network of operators involved in issues concerning disabled people affected by cranial traumatisms and to constitute a permanent body simplifying the social and labour reintegration of such disadvantaged subjects. The main innovating element of the project is a network realising working tools shared among all the operators which at different levels deal with the CET (Cranial and Encephalic Traumas). A network allowing to trace a path for the users from the hospital discharges to labour inclusion/reintegration through evaluation, counselling, training and tutoring. The City of Torino took part as a partner in the project, which was lead by the IAL Piemonte.
