Description: the City of Torino is the project lead partner, and it commits itself in carrying out cooperation activities together with the following partners: City of La Paz (Bolivia), City of Rosario (Santa Fé, Argentina), University of Porto Velho (Rondonia, Brazil), Cidade Mae Foundation of Salvador de Bahia (Brazil), City of Santos (S. Paolo, Brazil), City of Varzea Paulista (S. Paolo, Brazil). The project aims is the creation of a network of youth observatories to foster and support the cities’ policies in this field.
