Description: the project intends to test the potentials of the developed prototype, in license open source, from the previous project IMIS for the access of e-gov services, thanks to the use of many systems of instant messaging on the web, through their actual use on real cases in the European market. The City of Torino, besides testing the application, takes part in pinpointing the test sectors and coordinates the diffusion of the activities.
