Description: on the occasion of the “European Year of Intercultural Dialogue 2008”, the City of Torino joined the “Living Together in Europe Tour” project, supported by the joint action of the European Commission and the Council of Europe, in collaboration with the EUROCITIES network. The project provides for a series of study visits to 23 European cities during the major local cultural festivals and events in order to promote and foster intercultural dialogue. While Torino welcomed the Cologne delegation for Torino Spiritualità Festival, its own delegation went to Belfast during the City Carnival celebrations.
