The Fast-Track Cities initiative is a global partnership between cities and municipalities from all over the world and four main partners: IAPAC (International Association of Providers of AIDS Care), UNAIDS (Joint United Nations Program on HIV/AIDS), UN-Habitat and the City of Paris. Its goal is to combat AIDS, reducing the stigma and discrimination against those who have contracted the virus.

The City of Torino officially joined the network signing the international protocol on the Paris declaration during a ceremony held on October 2nd 2020 in the City Hall.
