Within the framework of the Palestinian Municipalities Support Program the Vice Mayor of the City of Torino Guido Montanari led a delegation composed of representatives of SMAT, Engineering Srl, SiTI, Centro Conservazione e Restauro La Venaria Reale, Università degli Studi di Torino and the Order of Pharmacists of the Province of Torino.

The Deputy Mayor in charge of Commerce, Labour, Tourism, Contracts, Procurement, Supplies and Legal Affairs of the City of Torino Alberto Sacco represented the City of Torino at the meeting of the EUROMED network, in Nice on November 3rd and 4th. EUROMED, a network of more than 100 cities of the Mediterranean area, is one of the main interlocutors of the European Commission on issues of common relevance, such as energy efficency in the cities of the Mediterranean.

The value of cultural differences”, organised by the Italian Cultural Institute of Toky, in ccoperation with Politecnico di Torino and with the support of the Piemonte Region.
The Mayor of the City of Torino Chiara Appendino took part in the Global Islamic Economy Summit of Dubai during the session Today's youth, tomorrow's leaders: scalable solutions to empower the next generation focusing on youth and reccomendations for making future national and international leaders grow. In the same session of the Mayor took part the Minister of Youth of the United Arab Emirates Shamma Bint Sohail Faris Al Mazrui and the CEO of the Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank Tirad Mahmood.
The City of Torino was invited by the Chinese Associationof Museums to take part in the event MPT-EXPO (Museums and Relevant Products and Technologies Exposition) that was held in Chengdu, in the Sichuan Region. In a specific stand dedicated to the Silk Road, where Italy was represented by Torino, the delegation had the opportunity to present at an international level the Culture Stock Market, scheduled in 2017, and a selection of its museums.
The LGBT Service of the City of Torino shortly presents some good practices implemented towards LGBT people who are asylum seekers, at the fourth edition of the Annual Meeting of the Rainbow Cities Network (RCN) - the network of Rainbow Cities engaged in local LGBT strategies to overcome sexual orientation and gender identity based discriminations - that takes place in Amsterdam on August 3rd and 4th, in combination with EuroPride 2016. The City of Torino took part in the seminar "Metropolitan areas international strategies" that took place in Barcelona on July 7th and 8th 2016. The seminar aimed at stimulating a debate among professional from Europe, North and South America, on the role of international affairs within the public administration (focusing on the governments of large metropolitan areas) and on the related strategies that cities have been developing in the last years.
The Marketing, Promotion and Tourism Directorate of the City of Torino led a mission to Tokyo on the occasion of the event "Italia, amore mio!", organised in Tokyo by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Japan for the celebrations of the 150 years of relations with Japan.
The President of the Culture Commission of the Municipal Council of the City of Torino Luca Cassiani went on a mission to Liège, twin city of Torino for almost sixty years, for the inauguration of the exhibition "I Mondi di Primo Levi", already staged with great succes in Torino at Palazzo Madama in 2015.
A technical delegation led by the City of Torino and the Chamber of Commerce went on a mission to the Macedonian capital city in order to suggest new projects that could allow the implementation of the Cooperation Agreement signed by the two cities in 2012.
