The Deputy Mayor in charge of Labour, Commerce, Productive Activities of the City of Torino Domenico Mangone inaugurated the Piedmontese street market in Chambery, realised within the framework of the activities related to the historical twinning signed in 1957 between the City of Torino and the City of Chambery.
Torino took part in the First Culinary Festival of Chambery with the Piedmontese street market. 15 local producers in Place Saint Léger to let the French citizens discover the speciality of Piedmont: cheese, wine, chocolate, honey, beer and much more. Furthermore a stand of the City of Torino with Turismo Torino e Provincia promoted the tourist offer and the rich agenda of fall events in the Savoy Capital.
During his visit the Deputy Mayor also took part in several institutional meetings with the Mayor of Chambery Michel Dantin, with the Deputy Mayor in charge of International Affairs, Decentralized Cooperation and Youth Nathalie Colin-Cocchi, with the Deputy Mayor in charge of Commerce, Craftmanship, Markets and Entertainment Philippe Bard, with the Deputy Mayor in charge of Human Ressources and Participatory Democracy Silvie Koska and with the Municipal Councillors Damien Varon and Salvatore Nicolosi.
