The Mayor of the City of Torino Piero Fassino on May 18th went to Tunis to take part, in the presence of the President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella, in the commemoration of the victims - among which four Italian citizens - of the terrorist attack at the Bardo Museum.
During his visit Mayor Fassino was received by the First Citizen of Tunis whit whom he signed a Declaration of Intents. Fassino then met the Director of Tunisian museums and the Director of the Bardo whit whom he discussed about programmes of cultural exchanges.
