The Mayor of the City of Torino Piero Fassino and the Deputy Mayor in charge of the General Masterplan, Urban Policies and Private Building of the City of Torino Stefano Lo Russo went, for the second year in a row, to the Mipim in Cannes in order to present the many opportunities that the City of Torino offers for investments.
During the international exhibition for the professionals in the field of real estate, the City of Torino organised, in cooperation with ANCE - National Association of Construction Workers, ITA - Italian Trade Agency, Assoimmobiliare and Federimmobiliare, a rich programme of B2B meetings with important international investors, in order to promote the city and its many opportunities for investment.

The Mayor gave a speech at the Padiglione Italia, organised by the Ministry of Economic Development, on March 12th. In that occasion the Deputy Minister of Economic Development Carlo Calenda announced that the Government, together with the City of Torino, intends to realise a pilot project at national level for the internationalisation and the attraction of investments.
