Torino and Havana have developed over the years strong relations of friendship and cooperation involving different local stakeholders, i.e. solidarity and cooperation associations, economic, social and cultural operators as well as institutions and consular missions of the two countries.

To support the activities already undertaken and with the aim of further strengthening relations at an institutional level and between the two communities, on September 20 the two Mayors signed a Cooperation Pact.
