On the occasion of the presentation of the book Myanmar. Where China meets India Torino welcomed the author Thant Myint U. On april 12th the Circolo dei Lettori hosted a dialogue between the Mayor Fassino and Thant Myint U, while on April 13th the Burmese author first met the students of the Accademia Albertina delle Belle Arti with whom he discussed about the Yangon Heritage Trust and then, at the Campus Luigi Einaudi he discussed about the delicate issue of Myanmar and ASEAN countries' future.
