The Mayor of the City of Torino Piero Fassino, together with the Dean of the University Gianmaria Ajani and the President of the Industrial Union, Licia Mattioli, coordinated by the Director General of the City of Torino, Gianmarco Montanari, started the works of the 2nd  Turin Islamic Economic Forum.
The TIEF is an event that focuses on the connection between finance and economic activities with three main themes: finance, food and fashion. TIEF 2015 was realised in partnership with the University of Torino, the Chamber of Commerce of Torino and ASSAIF-Association for the Development of Alternative Tools for Financial Innovation.
