The City of Torino on December 18th presented its support to the UNESCO programme La Voz de Los Sin Voz, which aims at preserving and popularizing the ritual and traditional expressions of Latin American music and dance.

As side events to the presentation the well known pianist Miguel Angel Estrella, creator of the programme and Argentinean Ambassador at the UNESCO since 2004, gave a concert at the Conservatorio Statale di Musica G. Verdi di Torino, while the day before the ambassador of Italy in Argentina Torquato di Tella presented his book “Le forze popolari nella politica argentina. Una storia” at the Circolo dei Lettori.
