The Mayor of the City of Torino Piero Fassino and the Deputy Mayor in charge of Development, Innovation, Environment, Green and Public Hygiene of the City of Torino Enzo Lavolta met a delegation from Ho Chi Minh City, led by the President of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, Le Hoang Quan.
On that occasion, on September 8th, a Cooperation Agreement was signed between the two Cities. The Ambassador of Vietnam in Italy Cao Chinh Thien also took part in the ceremony. Then on September 9th an economical and commercial forum was held to present the business and investment opportunities of Ho Chi Minh City to Piedmontese entrepreneurs.
