The Vice Mayor of the City of Torino Elide Tisi met the Mayor of Eskisehir Yılmaz Büyükerşen together with the Councillor Jale Nur Süllü, in Torino on the occasion of SmartMobilityWorld 2014 to participate in the TOSM Smart Mobility event organised by Ceipiemonte, which this year was dedicated to mobility in the XXI century.
