The General Director of the city of Torino Gianmarco Montanarimet a delegation of Cologne, led by the Director of the International affairs Service, in Torino for the 4th TU-BA tour: a bike trip from Torino to Barcelona (Cologne's twin city as Torino) by a group of German bikers. The Deputy Mayor in charge of Development, Innovation, Environment, Green and Public Hygiene of the City of Torino Enzo Lavolta gave the start to the departure of the bikers.
