The Amb. Franco Giordano, Diplomatic Advisor of the City of Torino met a delegation of representatives of different districts of the Turkish municipality of Izmir, in Torino for some workshops dedicated to the subject of Smart City and energetic sustainability within the framework of the project Local Best Practices in the Field of Sustainable Energy, financed by the Lifelong Learning European Programme Leonardo Da Vinci.
