In the framework of the cooperation agreement between Torino and Praia, and the PRA.TO project, aimed at creating a sustainable and inclusive urban environment in the Tira Chapeu district, a delegation from the City of Torino went to Praia to plan the latest environmental riqualification activities to be conducted.
