February 27th - March 1st 2023 Meeting of the LAiPS project in Oulu - Finland

The City of Oulu hosted the European partners of LAIPS - Light & Art in Public Spaces (i.e. the City of Torino, the City of Lyon and LUCI) for a three-day visit consisting of workshops and exchange of good practices.
