The Chairwoman of the City Council Maria Grazia Grippo and the Deputy Mayor Michela Favaro presided over the unveiling ceremony of the plaque in memory of the Bulgarian painter Nikolay Diulgerov, organized together with the Consulate General of the Republic of Bulgaria in Milan.
