The 10th edition of the Moscow Urban Forum, organized by the City of Moscow, focused on “Superstar Cities. Transforming For Success”. The City of Torino attended the international event with a speech in the session "City Lights and Noise. Soundscape and Lightscape Affecting Urban Environment Quality" for an insight on noise pollution in cities.
