The City of Torino took part in the virtual meeting of the LAIPS - Light Art in Public Spaces project, involving LUCI association and the Cities of Lyon and Oulu.

Aim of the project is to strengthen the cities’ capacities in the field of permanent light artworks in public spaces through the exchange of best practices, promotion of transnational cooperation and use of innovative digital tools.
