October 13th 2020 WDC Network of Cities meetingThe City of Lille, in the frame of the signature events of the World Design Capital® Lille Metropole 2020, organized a meeting dedicated the world design capitals. The event was attended by the Deputy Mayor in charge of Culture of the City of Torino Francesca Leon. Torino won the world design capital award in 2008.
October 13th 2020 IUC-LAC at the EU Week of Regions and CitiesThe City of Torino, as a member of the International Urban Cooperation Programme for Latin America and the Caribbean, participated in the 18th European Week of Regions and Cities with a speech in the session on “Mobility and Digital Transition”.
October 8th 2020 Nantes Innovation ForumEUROCITIES and the City of Nantes organized the Nantes Innovation Forum, digital event on innovation in uncertain crisis. The City of Torino shared its Urban Lab model during the workshop on
“European Urban Labs to boost innovation in cities”.
October 7th 2020 European Week of Regions and CitiesThe European Commission and the EU Committee of the Regions organized the 18th edition of the European Week of Regions and Cities, the biggest annual Brussels-based event dedicated to regional policy. The City of Torino attended the event showcasing the
Innovato-R project in the online session themed "Shifting narratives in public innovation".
October 6th 2020 Consul General of IndiaThe Deputy Mayor in charge of Environment Alberto Unia met the Consul General of India in Milan George Binoy on the occasion of the tree planting ceremony at the Cavour gardens near the Mahatma Gandhi sculpture. The Consulate General of India in Milan donated 7 trees to the City of Torino.
September 30th – October 2nd 2020 European Conference on Sustainable Cities and TownsThe City of Torino attended the
ninth European Conference on Sustainable Cities and Towns organized by ICLEI and by the City of Mannheim with a speech in the session entitled "Re-Inventing Heritage for Sustainable Urban Regeneration". During the meeting Torino also showcased the activities carried out over the past 3 years in the frame of the ROCK project, funded by the Horizon2020 programme.

EUROCITIES KSF online week on “Digital building blocks for resilient cities”, showcasing a series of sessions and events covering a variety of digital topics.
September 17th 2020 Torino’s green plan presented to the UKThe City of Torino presented an overview of its green infrastructure plan during an online session organized by the Institute of Chartered Foresters of the UK. The meeting was attended by the members of the Institute, mainly those working in arboriculture and urban forestry/planning.
September 16th 2020 UNESCO Learning Cities webinarThe City of Torino attended the webinar on “The challenge of developing the role of TVET, business learning, and entrepreneurship in learning cities”, an initiative promoted by the UNESCO Institute for Lifelong Learning and PASCAL International Observatory.

WTCF network on tourism cooperation and development having as main theme “Rebuilding World Tourism for Prosperity”. The City of Torino has been a member of the network since 2015.
September 4th 2020 EUROCITIES and the sustainable mobility strategyThe City of Torino joined, as a member of the Mobility Forum, the task force on the sustainable and smart mobility strategy organized by the
EUROCITIES network.
September 2nd-4th 2020 TCLove at the Digital Living Lab DaysTorino City Love, the open innovation project developed by the City of Torino in response to the Covid-19 crisis, was one of the winners of the European Living Lab competition organized by ENoLL - European Network of Living Labs, of which Torino City Lab is a certified member. The initiative, merging innovation and social inclusion, was presented as a good practice at the Digital Living Lab Days.
August 26th 2020 LUCI network and exchange of good practicesThe City of Torino shared with the members of the
LUCI network, as a good practice of public light art, the
projection mapping project that illuminated the Mole Antonelliana in June and July.
