The City of Torino, represented by Deputy Mayor in charge of Innovation Paola Pisano, took part in Barcelona in the “Smart City Expo World Congress” with a speech in the session “Beyond the Smart City: Democratizing innovation while putting citizens first”. The Deputy Mayor’s mission continued in Madrid where she attended the “Ciudades Democráticas” festival on participation technologies.
