The Mayor of the City of Torino Piero Fassino met the Ambassador of Chile in Italy Fernando Ayala.
The City of Torino hosted the meeting of the Board of Directors and of the Assembly of BJCEM - the International Association of the Biennial of Young Artists from Europe and the Mediterranean. The meeting was the occasion to prepare the next edition of the exhibition, to be held in Milan in autumn 2015, on the occasion of the EXPO.

The meeting took place at the Urban Centre Metropolitano and the day was introduced by speeches of the Deputy Mayor in charge of Development, Innovation, Environment, Green and Public Hygiene of the City of Torino Enzo Lavolta and the Deputy Mayor in charge of the General Masterplan, Urban Policies and Private Building Stefano Lo Russo. The City of Torino took part in the Political Executive Committee of the EUROCITIES network in Warsaw, during which, the new Secretary General was presented.In the Polish city also took place the Smart Cities' congress Europolis. Smart Cities of Tomorrow, that was attended by the City with a contribution of the Office of the Deputy Mayor in charge of environment.
At the Basic Villege it was held the second meeting on Israeli architecture and cities, organised in collaboration with Urban Center Metropolitano and the Embassy of Israel, on the occasion of the year of cultural friendship Italy-Israel. The meeting was the occasion to show the project of the Israeli pavilion at the Venice Biennale of Architecture.
The Mayor of the City of Torino Piero Fassino led a territorial mission to Morocco, first in Rabat and then in Fès, on the occasion of the Second International Meeting of Fès' Friend and Twin Cities.
It was held in Torino the regional disseminatin conference of the European project PUMAS Planning sustainable regional-Urban Mobility in the Alpine Space, financed by the Operational Programme Alpine Space 2007-2013, to discuss with the stakeholders the pilot project developed by the City of Torino. During the afternoon session instead, it was the turn of the project URBELOG - URBan Electronic LOGistic in which Torino is a pilot site.
