It was held in Barcelona the XIII Iternational Congress of Educating Cities entitled "An educatingcity is an inclusive city". The event every two years hosts the representatives of the involved cities for a moment of common reflection and dialogue. The City of Torino, Italian National Secretariat of the Association, presented the projects selected by the Scientific Committee of the Congress "Un PO di mamme vanno a scuola" of the Culture, Education and Youth Directorate and "La polizia di prossimità a contrasto del disagio giovanile" of the Municipal Police Corpses.
The Mayor of the City of Torino Piero Fassino and the Deputy Mayor in charge of the General Masterplan, Urban Policies and Private Building of the City of Torino Stefano Lo Russo went on a mission to London four a double institutional meeting.

The Deputy Mayor in charge of Labour, Commerce, Productive Activities of the City of Torino Domenico Mangone represented the City of Torino at the Transnational Conferenceheld closing the CENTRAL MARKETS project, that was held in Bratislava. In front of an international public, the results of the project were presented. thanks to the project Torino was able to run a detailed analysis aiming at the renewal of the urban markets plan and to organise the film exhibition "Cinema at the market".
On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall, the City of Torino under the High Patronage of the President of the Republic and the contribution of the Ministry of Cultural Goods and Activities and Tourism offered a three parts preview of the rich 2015 programme Torino meets Berlin. The International Affairs, European Projects, Cooperation and Peace Service of the City of Torino welcomed a delegation of cinematography professionalsfrom Chambery, in Torino for some sectorial meetings.
The Deputy Mayor in charge of the General Masterplan, Urban Policies and Private Building of the City of Torino Stefano Lo Russo and the Director General of the City of Torino Gianmarco Montanari represented the City in Munich at the annual general assembly of EUROCITIES.
During the month of October the last newsletter of the CIE project was published as the project actually carried out its research path by relasing the handbook “CLEANTECH INCUBATION: POLICY AND PRACTICES. Recipes for creating incubator hotspots in EuROPE".
The internationally relevant events related to the Semester of Italian Presidency of the European Union continued during the month of November.
ETRA in cooperation with ANTEL, ARGO and the patronage of the City of Torino organised in the Bobbio Hall the international seminar Flex & The City, aiming at illustrating the use of recycled rubber in road works and urban fabric, by joining the forces of operators from both the Public Works Service and the Tyre Recycling Service. The Deputy Mayor in charge of Transports, Mobility and Metropolitan Area of the City of Torino Claudio Lubatti took part in the seminar.
The National Museum of Risorgimento hosted the photo-documentary exhibition dedicated to the 100th Anniversary of World War I. More than 40 panels exposed, illustrating the participation of Romanians and Romania in the Great War through documents, photos and press reviews from the archives of that time.
The Deputy Mayor in charge of Labour, Commerce, Productive Activities of the City of Torino Domenico Mangone met a delegation of the chamber of Commerce of Nagoya, led by the Vice President Hiroyaso Naito, and he then took part the day after in the conference Discover Aichi-Nagoya: Economic Outlook and Business Opportunities, organised by I-BAC (Aichi-Nagoya International Business Access Center) at the Congress Centre Torino Incontra.
After a short introduction by the co-presidents Giorgio Zappa and Masami Iijima and by the Mayor of Torino Piero Fassino, the XXVI edition of the General Assembly of the Italy-Japan Business Group took place at Palazzo Madama. It was an occasion to analyse the strategies for a large scale economic cooperation between Italy and Japan, supporting a permanent dialogue between the two business communities.
