The Urban Planning Directorate and the International Affairs Department and European Projects of the City of Torino oganised the first dissemination day of the European project Climate Neutral Urban Districts in Europe financed by the INTERREG IVC Operational Programme. The meeting took place at the Urban Centre Metropolitano and the day was introduced by speeches of the Deputy Mayor in charge of Development, Innovation, Environment, Green and Public Hygiene of the City of Torino Enzo Lavolta and the Deputy Mayor in charge of the General Masterplan, Urban Policies and Private Building Stefano Lo Russo.
