Torino hosted the third edition of the International Participants Meeting of Expo Milan 2015. On October 3rd and 4th delegations from more than one hundred different Countries took part in the traditional two-days event dedicated to the Universal Exhibition 2015.

Meetings, signatures, conventions marked the calendar of the IPM 2013 at the Lingotto of Torino, opened by a speech of the Mayor of the City of Torino Piero Fassino on October 3rd and articulated in plenary sessions on the general contents of the event and in technical workshops on the participation in and the organization of the Expo. As a framing for the IPM, the Congress Centre Torino Incontra hosted on October 2nd the meeting "Examples of participation in the Universal Exhibition and challenges for international cooperation" which was also attended by the Mayor Fassino.
