The Mayor of the City of Torino Piero Fassino and the Amb. Franco Giordano, Diplomatic Advisor of the City of Torino, met the Minister of Public Works of Somalia Muhiadin Mohamed Kalmoy, in Italy to establish relations between the two territories.
