The Deputy Mayor in charge of the General Masterplan, Urban Policies and Private Building of the City of Torino Stefano Lo Russo met a delegation of Lyon, led by the Deputy Mayor in charge of Urban Planning and Quality of Life Gilles Buna, in Torino for the signature of a cooperation agreement between the Urban Center Metropolitano of Torino and Urbalyon of Lyon.
