The Mayor of the City of torino Piero Fassino, the Deputy Mayor in charge of the General Masterplan, Urban Policies and Private Building Stefano Lo Russo and the President of the Municipal Council Giovanni Maria Ferraris met, in different institutional moments, a delegation from Rosario, lad by the Mayor Mónica Fein, in Torino to sign a letter of intent aiming at defining a twinning between the two cities in the fields of urban planning and development, thus finalising a process started with a cooperation agreement in 2011.
