The Mayor of the City of Torino and President of the National Association of Italian Cities Piero Fassino introduced, at the City Hall, the congress of representatives from Catalan and Italian twin cities, in the European year of Citizens, aiming at supporting bilateral relations, developing them into a joint European perspective able to contribute at the building of an active European citizenship as well as reinforcingtheir joint activities looking forward to the EXPO 2015. The congress was organised by Generalitat de Catalunya and ANCI.
