The Mayor of the City of Torino Piero Fassino led a territorial mission, which involved the City of Torino, the Sandretto Re Rebaudengo Foundation, Turismo Torino and the National Automobile Museum, to London, on the occasion of the exhibition at the Whitechapel Gallery "Think Twice. Collection Sandretto Re Rebaudengo".

The mission organised with the support of the Italian Embassy in London, represented an occasion for promoting our territory, thanks to a presentation of the city at the Italian Cultural Institute on June 19th, followed by a tasting of typical products from Torino. The Mayor, the Director of the Italian Cultural Institute of London Caterina Cardona, Patriza Sandretto Re Rebaudengo, the President of the National automobile Museum Benedetto Camerana and the Marketing Director of Turismo Torino e Provincia Marcella Gaspardone took the floor respectively during the presentation. 
During the mission the delegation also met representatives of the Royal Opera House, with which the Teatro Regio recently accomplished a co-production and new collaborations are under construction, of the British Museum, of the British Film Institute, of the Tate Gallery, of the National Gallery and of the Greater London Authority. In addition, the Mayor also met Sir Tony Baldry, the President of the Italian-British parliamentary group.
