The Deputy Mayor in charge of Equal Opportunities and Decentralization of the City of Torino Maria Cristina Spinosa went on a mission to Volgograd, to take part on April 22nd in the second edition of the International Women’s Forum “Dialogue without borders”organized by the Volgograd Women's Council.

The Deputy Mayor, who also took part in the first edition back in 2012, gave a speech entitled "Preventing Violence, Protecting Victims - The Commitment of the Torino Observatory after the Forum" during the session Healthy Woman, Healthy Nation. Prevention of Violence against Women and Children.
