The International Affairs Department of Torino supported the ITES "Rosa Luxemburg" in sending specifically selected brilliant students in some of Torino's English-speaking town cities to take part in stages and to improve their linguistic skills through the tool of the Master dei Talenti, financed by the Fondazione CRT.
