• July 20th 2009 - Consul General of the Republic of El Salvador

  The Mayor of the City of Torino Sergio Chiamparino met the Consul General of the Republic of El Salvador, Gualtiero Carillo Alemanni, in Torino for presenting the Salvadorian community which resides in the territory.

• July 16th-17th 2009 - Mission to Cannes - France

  The Headquarters of the Municipal Police of Cannes has hosted an agent of the City of Torino, within the framework of an exchange of personnel between the two municipalities, which recently brought as a host in Torino an agent from Cannes. During his stay in Cannes, the agent from Torino, besides some close examinations of the French local police system, has also been welcomed by the Mayor of Cannes Bernard Brochand.

• July 9th-11th 2009 - City of Cologne - Germany

  The Mayor of the City of Torino Sergio Chiamparino and the Deputy Mayor in charge of Demographic, Electoral, Statistical services, Cooperation and International Affairs of the City of Torino, Michele Dell’Utri, met the Mayor of cologne Fritz Schramma, in Torino within the framework of the initiative Tour de l’Amitié: a bicycle journey, tribute to the fiftieth anniversary of the twinning ring among Cologne, Esch-sur-Alzette, Liege, Lille, Torino and Rotterdam, celebrated in 2008, which brought in Torino 15 municipal officers from Cologne, after having covered a distance of more than 1000 km.

• July 9th 2009 - Rumanian Senator

  The Vice Mayor of the City of Torino Tom Dealessandri met the Rumanian Senator Viorel Badea, visiting Torino in order to identify social, political and economic relations with interlocutors of the territory for realizing business centres for the Rumanian communities residing abroad.

• July 7th 2009 - City of Vancouver - Canada

  The Councillors Piera Levi Montalcini and Domenica Genisio welcomed the Councillor of the City of Vancouver Geoff Meggs, visiting Torino for some close examinations concerning the Winter Olympics Torino 2006, looking forward to the next Winter Olympics Vancouver 2010.

• July 6th-9th 2009 - Delegation from Cordoba - Argentina

  The International Affairs Department of the City of Torino organised for a delegation of student engineers from the Argentinean city of Cordoba a study tour of the automotive in Torino.
