A delegation from the city of Shenyang led by the Director for International Relations Fang Xiagdong and the Head of the International Cooperation Sector Yang Zhuo, was received by the Mayor of the City of Torino, Sergio Chiamparino. The main topic of the meeting was the twinning agreement between the two cities 20 years after its sign.
A delegation from the city of Nagoya, led by President of the City Council Haruyuki Sakurai was received by the Mayor of the City of Torino Sergio Chiamparino and the Vice President of the City Council, Michele Coppola. The main topic of the meeting was the future twinning agremment between the two cities.

The Mayor of Turin and the Mayor Tomas Ulhela of the City of Zlin – on the occasion of the Conference Open TO Europe in Turin – signed a cooperation agreement between the two cities in the cultural field.
A delegation from the Cologne-Torino Twinning Association led by the President Ingrid M. Heilanddal and by the Vice President Bruno Cisamolo, was received by the President of the City Council, Michele Coppola. The purpose of the meeting was the twinning of the two cities.
A delegation from the city of Plock led by the Mayor Mr. Milewski was received by the Mayor Sergio Chiamparino and the Town Councillor Paolo Peveraro, in order to discuss on innovation in the field of techonology.
An economic delegation from the city of Nagoya led by Vice Director General for Economic and Cultural Affairs Naoji Kinjo was received by the Town Councillor Tom Dealessandri. The topics of the meeting were the projects of collaboration between the the two cities in sight of the future twinning agreement.
A delegation from the city of Briançon, led by the Mayor Samuel Petermann, by the Deputy Mayor Alain Bayrou and the Councillor for Economic Development Pierre Heng, and comprising the Councillor for Finance, Monique Estachy, the Councillor for Social Policies, Michèle Skripnikoff, the Councillor for Culture, Catherine Valdenaire, and accompanied by several advisors, was received by the Director of Torino Internazionale, Paolo Verri, who presented greetings from the Mayor and from the City. The delegation visited Atrium, the Olympic sites and the major works that are transforming the city of Torino.
