"Wireframe/N2 - for Waschtag". I mobili senza abito, lasciati a nudo, appaiono per quello che sono, scheletri senza identità. Sono solo il disegno di una funzione, perché è l’abito che dà loro sostanza formale. Il lavaggio, simbolicamente rappresentato da una lavatrice e dagli abiti appesi a un filo da bucato, è la metafora di un rinnovamento, di un possibile cambiamento. I mobili, come le persone, si vestono e si svestono per mutare le proprie sembianze, acquisendo una natura mutevole. Nel suo complesso l’installazione vuole invitare a una riflessione più generale sul design. Lavare significa fare pulizia per stimolare al rinnovamento.

"Wireframe/N2 - for Waschtag". Furniture without clothes, left naked, appear as what they are: skeletons without identity. They are only the deign of a function because it is their dress that gives them formal substance. Washing, symbolically represented by a washing machine and by clothes hanging on a clothesline, is a metaphor for renewal, for a possible change. Pieces of furniture, like people, dress and undress to change their appearance, acquiring a changeable nature. In its whole this installation seeks to stimulate a more general reflection on design; washing means the cleaning that prepares the way for renewal.
