Over 40 participants from the cities of Turin, Budapest, Cluj-Napoca and Gdansk joined the meeting. As this was the first meeting between partners, designed to create a “chemistry of cooperation” to introduce the key concepts of Turin’s good practice.
More than 20 people participated in the face-to-face activities, and as many people followed the online meetings. It was an opportunity to implement the relationship between partners and to further explore the host city and its projects.
The meeting took place online due to the health emergency and was an opportunity for the partner cities to better understand the context of the city of Budapest and to discuss, share experiences and ideas on the theme of the government of urban commons.
The meeting took place in hybrid mode: there were interactions from the Cluj-Napoca team's studio, guest speakers with the show of some short pre-filmed videos.
The first morning started with an Icebreaker survey on Cluj-Napoca specificities and peculiarities, then the team presented the Cluj Napoca context regarding civic spaces and the issue of co-governance.
